    The majority of our content is produced in house and then turned into PDF form. Therefore, these products cannot be returned. The content we produce is very competitively priced and we put a lot of quality, time, and effort into these products. If you (the customer) feel that our product does not meet your expectations, then please reach out to us on our contact page and we will take your comments seriously. For our items located within the Kraken's Vault that are printed in paper form, these items are printed by our publisher on Amazon. To return an item sold on Amazon, please follow Amazon's return policy and procedures. For any other questions regarding this policy, please contact us on our contact page.

    KrakensQuest.com is the perfect place for tabletop gaming content. We offer quest maps and the adventure modules to go with them. Our customers are also able to set up a profile in our member's section and create their favorite rpg character on our character sheet form.

    Our members area is free for anyone to create and use. There is not a subscription fee for our members to use our site.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
